Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Various factors, including the display and resolution of your screen or device, may significantly affect what you see on your screen. Each product photograph is taken individually, and products are not sized relative to each other.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. Merchandise Availability
Selebretta® provides high-quality merchandise. However, the availability of Products may vary from time to time. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or until supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to promptly remove it from display. However, the display of an item on the Site does not ensure its availability.
All Products featured on the Site are custom-made based on the stone size, stone quality, metal, etc. selected by you. If you are unable to locate a particular item that caught your attention on a previous visit, or if you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service Team at customercare@Selebretta.com.
SECTION 8 - GEMSTONE TREATMENT DISCLOSURE
Selebretta® offers a large number of colored gemstone items. We make every reasonable effort to adhere to best practices and industry guidelines for gemstone treatment and follow standards put forth by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA). Gemstone treatments (apart from cutting) are carried out on the stones with the aim of influencing their appearance, durability and/or value.
SECTION 9 - LABORATORY-CREATED GEMSTONES AND DIAMONDS
Selebretta® offers jewelry featuring laboratory-created diamonds and laboratory-created gemstones. These stones are grown in state-of-the-art laboratories using advanced technological processes that replicate the natural formation of mined stones, resulting in stones that are chemically, physically and optically comparable to their natural counterparts.
We source our laboratory-created gemstones and diamonds exclusively from reputable, world-class laboratories known for their rigorous standards and ethical practices. Each stone is carefully selected and reviewed by our quality assurance team prior to setting.
Limitation of Responsibility
While Selebretta® exercises reasonable care and diligence in the inspection and selection of all laboratory-created stones, we do not manufacture these stones and cannot independently verify every characteristic of every stone. Accordingly, Selebretta® makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the specific growth methods, exact composition, or long-term performance of any laboratory-created gemstone or diamond beyond the information provided to us by our suppliers.
Any certificate of authenticity or grading report provided with a laboratory-created stone is issued by the laboratory that produced or graded the stone and is provided for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Selebretta® disclaims any liability arising from inaccuracies, omissions or misrepresentations contained in such third-party certificates or reports.
By purchasing any jewelry containing laboratory-created stones, you acknowledge and accept the terms set forth in this section. If you have any concerns regarding the nature or quality of a laboratory-created stone, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service Team at customer.service@Selebretta.com before placing your order.
SECTION 10 - CONFLICT-FREE DIAMONDS
Selebretta's® diamond supply consists of quality diamonds sourced from the world's most reputable suppliers. As responsible citizens and jewelry merchants, we share the public's concern regarding conflict diamonds. We obtain diamonds exclusively from respected, well-established and legitimate sources that are entirely compliant with the Kimberley Process requirements. The Kimberley Process is an international system that governs the trade of diamonds to ensure that they are from sources free of conflict. At Selebretta®, we continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.
SECTION 11 - GEMSTONE AND DIAMOND CERTIFICATES
All Selebretta® gemstone and diamond jewelry pieces are shipped with their respective authenticity or grading certificates. These detailed documents are created by gemstone and diamond grading experts from renowned laboratories, and the cost of replacing them is significantly high. Because of this, we require the certificate to be included with each returned item. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of US $250 (or its equivalent amount in other currencies).
SECTION 12 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 13 - PRICING AND ACCURACY
Selebretta® will make reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. In the event a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either contact you for further instructions before shipping the product to you or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. You consent to returning the product or paying the difference between the quoted price and the real price if your item has already been shipped.
Selebretta® reserves the right to change or cancel orders prior to informing the customer of the error, despite the customer receiving the order confirmation or delivery date.
In compliance with industry standards and FTC guidelines, total carat weight of diamonds may vary up to 0.07 carats from the stated weight. For gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Depending on the gemstone cut, the gemstone carat weight may vary considerably from the stated approximate weight.
SECTION 14 - PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You can also choose other payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
SECTION 15 - NON-COMMERCIAL USE
This Site and its Content, as well as its merchandise, are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers. You may download or copy the Content displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you in any of the aforementioned scenarios. Furthermore, merchandise purchased on this Site is intended for personal use only and may not be resold commercially without express written permission from Selebretta®.
SECTION 16 - OFFERS AND FREE GIFTS
